By car or motor
RAI Amsterdam is situated just off Amsterdam's A10 ring motorway (exit 9) and has its own underground car park. Visitors to public events are advised to use public transport. RAI Amsterdam is only 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and has its own train station.
- From Rotterdam/The Hague
Take the A4 in the direction of Amsterdam. About 10 km after you have passed Schiphol Airport, take the exit 9. Turn right at the traffic lights and follow the signs to the car parks. During major events signposts along the ring road will direct you to one of the car parks on the edge of Amsterdam, where a shuttle bus will bring you to the RAI.
- From Utrecht / Amersfoort
As you approach Amsterdam, follow the signposts for 'A10 Den Haag'. Leave the A10 at the exit 9. Turn right at the traffic lights and follow the signs to the car parks. During major events signposts (P-RAI) along the ring road will direct you to one of the car parks on the edge of Amsterdam, where a free shuttle bus will bring you to the RAI.
RAI Amsterdam has lots of parking facilities in and around the building. Visitors to public events are advised to use public transport.
At RAI Amsterdam you pay for parking by the hour. The rate is € 4.00 per hour with a maximum of € 25.00 per day. You can also buy a day ticket online upfront.
Motor cycles park for free in the parking zones for motor cycles outside of the parking garage.
When you enter the RAI car park your license plate is scanned . At the payment terminal you will be asked for your license plate number. You will not receive an exit ticket. If you need a receipt you can print this at the terminal. When you exit the car park, your license plate is scanned again and the gate will automatically.

You can book and purchase your parking ticket in advance. This way, you are assured of a parking space and having paid already, you can easily enter and exit the parking garage without pauses or delays.

- Parking spaces for the disabled
People with an official European parking card for the disabled (GPK) can use these special parking spaces, which are located close to the exit of the building. The RAI has several of these spaces. Should they be occupied, a parking attendant will help you find the best possible spot. People with disabilities pay the normal RAI parking rate.
- Maximum headroom in garages
1.90 metres, drivers of cars with a height over 1.90 metres can park in the P4 garage.
