To access the show, please go to entrance K for the COVID-19 Entry Check. It is required to keep a 1.5-metre distance from other visitors before the COVID-19 Entry Check and accessing the show. Each day you will need four things to get into the show:

  • Your ADW Hybrid ticket or badge
  • Valid ID-card
  • Proof of vaccination, a valid negative COVID test (less than 24 hours) or valid proof of recovery. You can show a (EU) Digital COVID Certificate (DCC), (UK) NHS COVID Pass or a valid paper version from your country (English/Dutch).
  • Health check: at the entrance, we will ask you five health questions.

Please make sure to bring all of the items above with you to the show to ensure a smooth visit. Each day you will receive a new wristband to show that you have successfully passed through the health checkpoint.

Measures at the show

To ensure all ADW Hybrid attendees feel safe and comfortable, we following measures are in place:

  • Keeping distance is strongly advised at all times to create a safe and hospitable environment for everyone.
  • ADW Hybrid maintains a ‘zero contact policy’.
  • Wash your hands regularly and take advantage of the many hand sanitizers available throughout the building
  • Wearing face masks will be strongly advised. We will have face masks available at the entrance.

More over, we will work with recommended entry times to avoid queues at the entrance on the first day. Registered visitors will receive an email about this a few days prior to the show.

Please note, the doors of ADW Hybrid will close at 19:00 hrs. This means the building has to be empty at this time. As of 6th November, people in The Netherlands will be required to wear face masks in public areas where no COVID entry pass or negative test result is used, including supermarkets, shops, public transport and train stations.
